Cameron is the CEO of The Huddle and a member of the Executive Team at the North Melbourne Football Club.

He is a social entrepreneur with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in leveraging sport and active recreation to influence social and economic change across public health, education, community and major international events.

He is regularly engaged by political, corporate, academic and the not-for-profit sectors to provide strategic advice and help drive systemic change to address complex health, social and economic issues facing traditionally marginalised populations and communities across Australia.

Cameron’s expertise spans the areas of building the capacity of multicultural young people and communities, preventing violence against women, urban design, re-imagining education and addressing unemployment rates amongst marginalized communities.

His leadership philosophy is to empower others to lead without authority to bring about positive change in the places they live, learn, work, worship and play.
